Who is Eric Fuller?

FedEx this man Candice's cry-angle

Potomac lost its spark for me ever since T’Challa’s passing, but this recent season has been particularly lifeless, and someone might be getting the axe because of it.

Eric Fuller started as an Associate Producer on the first season of Potomac when they began filming in 2015. He steadily rose the ranks each following season and ascended to sole executive producer by season 6.

Fast forward to season 8, which is currently airing as of publication, and it appears as if Eric’s shitty bingo chickens came to roost, and they gave him the boot. Or at least that is the story the streets are jumping on.

The ‘Looking For Work’ screenshot above precipitated the brouhaha. If you look at his LinkedIn less than 24 hours after this all came up, it’s gone, and his account looks scrubbed because he simply has no activity or post history.

My sources have confirmed that this is NOT Photoshopped, so don’t believe the rumors and nastiness. Thank you to the fine folks at r/BravoRealHousewives and u/officialEJF for doing that leg work.

On Twitter, after word got out, his response to “Did they let you go?” is that it’s “Fake news.” But this might be akin to Monica answering if she is Reality Von Tease; she says no because it's technically six people and not solely her, but we all know that’s semantics, and the question still stands.

Is Eric playing word games too and clarifying he was not necessarily let go, but instead, it was a mutual decision? Or maybe he is a liar? Or maybe he is just looking for work between this season and the next?

The reason why Potomoac fans are foaming at the mouth at the prospect of Eric being out is because, among other perceived slights, he has aligned himself with Giselle, which is making for boring television. Also, how long have we been in Austin? The past few episodes have me saying, “Are we home yet?” from the back seat of the car.

In season 6, Potomac was boasting 875k-1.2M viewers per episode. Season 8 is sputtering with 660-800k viewers per episode. In fairness to Eric, Salt Lake City’s viewership this season ranged from 410k-815k, with that 815k being episode 1 of the reunion. So Eric’s regime is still drawing big numbers relative to the current darling, SLC, but ratings have been declining year-over-year, and I guess SLC is an underdog, whereas Potomac is meant to be a leading lady.
